Refund policy

Returns (If applicable)

Begonia Petals Boutique does not accept returns. Items may be exchanged for another item/size, as long as the item is in stock, of equal value. If the item is of greater value, the customer will pay the difference.  No exchanges, or refunds allowed on shoes, any accessories(including Bralettes, and undergarments of any kind) including swim wear , or any type of bags, wristlets. Sales on these items are considered final!

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. No stains, no defects, or any sign that the item has been worn or used. It must also be in its original, un-altered, and un-washed condition with tags attached(if applicable). 

We are not responsible for any sizing or color alterations due to your method of washing or drying. Please follow the instructions on the tag located inside the item!! 

To complete your return/exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back without getting prior authorization. This will include a RMA form when applicable. 

Exchanges (If applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If there is damage, we MUST be notified within 2 days upon receiving it for you to receive store credit or a replacement (If applicable).  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at begoniapetalsboutique@yahoo.com. We cannot guarantee a size will be in stock for exchanges due to the high volume of orders. 

We allow 4 days from the date you received the item , to be eligible for a return/exchange. It must be sent out on day 4 with tracking sent to us. We go above and beyond to be sure you have the perfect fit, to help cut down on exchanges!

Shipping

All shipping is based on weight calculation, or by amount spent unless otherwise arranged. We may ship in boxes, or bags. We will always choose the cheapest method possible!! 

Begonia Petals Boutique is  NOT responsible for any lost in transit packages, applying to both local pickup, and shipped packages.  Once your package has a tracking number, it is out of our hands! If your package is lost, late, or not deliverable, please contact the appropriate carrier! Packages must be picked up within the time frame agreed upon. 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If not paid for, your item is forfeited. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for shipping costs for returns/exchanges/etc. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We use many shipping methods to find you the best rate, and will process orders within 24-48 business hours. We aim to comply with delivery in 3 business days or less upon completion of the order being processed. Again delivery times can not be GUARANTEED!!

Any orders that are cancelled after shipment will be charged a shipment fee, or will have it deducted from store credit if available. 

Any refused items will be charged a restocking fee of 10%. Any items claimed with no invoice paid will also receive a 10% charge for restocking. You have 24 hours to pay your invoice before being charged a 10% fee and resulting in a cancelled invoice if payment isn’t received in full. (This May be waived if there are prior arrangements). You also risk being block/removed from the group. 

Store credit must be used within 30 days of being issued. 

Taxes will be applied to Ohio shoppers!

Pre Orders

Pre order items can not be cancelled before the item is received. A pre order is a commitment to purchase. DO NOT  engage in a preorder if you do not intend to fulfill your invoice. If a pre order is not fulfilled there will be a 15% restocking fee! Due to the nature of a pre order, returns will not be accepted!

Clearance 

All clearance, sales, accessories, shoes , undergarments, and all items from the gently used collection are FINAL
